Kamillosan Nappy Cream contains a unique formulation of natural chamomile making it an excellent treatment for nappy rash. Chamomile has an age old reputation of healing and soothing properties.
Nappy rash is mostly caused by your baby being left in a wet or dirty nappy for too long. Stale urine creates a type of ammonia which irritates the baby's skin leaving it looking red and blotchy. The ammonia breaks down the protective barrier of the skin causing redness and inflammation of the affected area, sometimes a fungal infection set off by dampness under the nappy can cause nappy rash. If left untreated the rash will spread.

Our standard charge is £2.95 (incl. VAT) to deliver anywhere in the UK, including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish islands and the Isle of Man.
For orders of £15.00 or over our standard delivery service is free.
For delivery outside the UK, the charge is £6.95.
If you would like to return an item, for whatever reason, within 30 days of receipt, simply go to 'return an item' in 'my account' section (you will need to be logged in). In the relevant order box, click on the link "Return goods". Simply fill out the details of the goods you are returning and what replacements you would like.
If you cannot see the link it will mean that the returns period of 30 days has expired. Unfortunately we cannot accept a return more than 30 days after you have received the item unless the item is faulty. If your item is faulty and more than 30 days have passed, please contact us 0808 124 0006.
Once you have submitted the form, click on the print button to print the returns label, fold it along the dotted lines and insert it into the document wallet on the front of your original packaging so that the Goldshield address can clearly be seen. Reseal the document wallet using tape. If you don't have the document wallet any longer, just stick a piece of clear plastic over the returns label, so that our address can clearly be seen and the returns label can be easily removed when it arrives.
You may send the parcel back to us by Royal Mail or any courier of your choice. However please note that it is your responsibility to make sure it reaches us. We suggest that you send it by some form of insured delivery to cover the cost if it gets lost in transit.
